The book itself is fabulous and a very engaging way to learn social studies. The formatting of the Kindle book is terrible. There are graphics overtop of the text making it nearly impossible to read and pages cut off so you can't even see what chapter your on. If there were a way to return this book and get the physical copy instead I would. Don't waste your money on the Kindle version.

These elegant and erudite authors take a conversational tone, and younger students are able to understand and enjoy the reading.
