The recipes use simple ingredients and are easy to follow as long as the reader has a little common sense. I'm going to get my niece to read this and start my own family tradition.
Long may family traditions everywhere be recreated.
Some that appealed to me in particular were:
Italian Wine Biscuits
Banana Crumb Muffins
Cherry Breakfast Bread
Rhubarb Bread (note to author, you have a typo on this one and have it spelled rhubard)
and many more.
I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 as a number of the sweet recipes contain a LOT of sugar, for eg:
for 2 loaves of Zucchini Bread, it requires 3 cups of sugar.
for bran refrigerator muffins, also 3 cups of sugar (the yield is not given for this one but I'm guessing about 20 large muffins)
This is an easy fix and I would cut the sugar by at least half in both of these and some others that sounded excessive in this regard.
I will be keeping this one on my kindle for future reference and I'm glad I downloaded it! :-)

I want to incorporate "healthy" into my bread making. There are several in this book.
I use a sourdough starter and would like to see that included in more bread books. That's the only thing missing from this collection of great recipes.
