This was incredibly nice. The straight 'rods' make diving down to retrieve them easier for younger swimmers as, though one end is on the pool floor, the other side 'stands up'. The kids LOVE how the torpedoes cut through the water before landing on the bottom. When placed on the stairs for beginning swimmers, even the kids who were scared wanted to attempt going under to retrieve them. The rings.. everything... was fantastic.

The only part we did not use were the gems as those were too small for our age class to dive down and retrieve but they make great 'rewards' for the kids to take home.

I purchased this for my grandson who was learning how to swim. He was having a problem with putting his head in the shortly after the instructor tossed the diving sticks/ rings into the water, he started putting his head into the water to see them. Since the set comes with a carrying bag, I find it keeps the items from getting misplaced. I also find myself using the Bandits when I go to the pool with my grandchildren.

The ring toss posts sink pretty much immediately so there will be no playing ring toss unless I can rig something up to make them float. The gems are very light weight plastic but they do eventually sink. The only nicely weighted piece is the fish. Certainly not worth the money.

This was a very nice variety of pool toys all nicely packed together in a little black drawstring bag. All of the toys are brightly colored and can easily be seen at the bottom of the pool. My daughter had the most fun searching for the jams. I would recommend however making sure you have all of them before you vacuum or put your robotic vacuum into the pool so they don’t get jammed in the vacuum. Great selection for the price. Would definitely buy again.
