Ann Silvers made it easy to understand how some of the things I was eating/drinking were adding to my anxiety and getting in the way of a good night’s sleep. She gave good ideas about how to cut back on those things and I feel better after making the changes. Once I got some of the supplements she recommended, my anxiety went down even more
