i know the sleeve needs to be snug, however it is a little too snug. i think i should have gone up a size. i am a ladies size 9/10 and the size chart said go with the small/medium. however, if i were to reorder, i will go up a size.

From the moment I slipped this on I could tell it was making a difference in my Plantar Fasciitis pain. I wear this at night (I only have pain in my left foot) and during the day as much as possible provided I am wearing shoes that it doesn't show in. This sleeve has enabled me to start running again in short, well-spaced intervals. I am very happy to have found this product. This doesn't completely "cure" my pain, but it has definitely made a big difference when nothing else (stretching, icing, orthodics) really seemed to.

I have machine washed on delicate and dried on low heat without any deterioration of the effect. I have two that I rotate and they are both holding up beautifully.

SO FAR SO GOOD.. I've been wearing it 24/7 (obtaining noticeable results)

(when i read reviews, I want to know info - Size, Fit & stuff bout item - not shipping)

    Hence, for comparison:

    My foot is 26.5 cm
    Men's Shoe size 8.5 to 9.5
    Foot circumference at Arch & Achilles 24cm - 9 1/2inches

THIS Small/Med FITS GREAT!! Snug - Not too tight - Not too loose

Many people with plantar fasciitis complain it lingers like an old war injury that never goes away. Unfortunately, I bought inserts but didnt do much 1st 2 months..
And my problem got worse.. Now I am going into all out war against it, since it is lingering.

TRIED / RETURNED these (2) night braces:

Returned(1)MUELLER SPORTS MEDICINE - Adjustable Plantar Fasciitis Foot Night Support,
Positives: Good foot platform to support while brace gently raise my foot/toes.
Negatives: Support brace pulls ankle cuff forward, compressing achilles tissue, thereby letting foot drop.

Returned(2)ACTIVE ANKLE - DNS Dorsal Night Splint Small ( Yes, I returned this item)
Positives: Quality workmanship for comfortable padding, fit and support.
Negatives: Support braces don't have appropriate bracing to keep foot from slipping down and having toes drop.

JOBAR - Plantar Fasciitis Splint - (Best splint/THIS DESIGN WORKS) - Toes pulled from higher up on the leg.
Positives: Inexpensive & does what its supposed to. Actively draws-up toes to keep Fascia in a stretched position.
Negatives: Digs in front of leg above shin and bottom of foot as its pulled up.

I have been fighting my Plantar Fasciitis for 6 months. After starting to wear this sleeve my pain level is subsiding.
Sometimes I have no pain at all. I ordered a second one, so I never have to be without one on. Seemed a little pricey at
first. But definitely worth the money

I am SO happy that I found the Feetures Plantar Fasciitis Sleeve! As a runner for over 30 years, I have been fortunate and blessed to not have many running injuries - but I do get a bout of Plantar Fasciitis from time to time. I always did the usual stretching and icing, which definitely helps - but I wanted something to help me with the rest of my day.
I found this sleeve and thought that I've give it a try. Several things drew me to purchase this. It looked easy to use - tape seemed too messy and complicated, night splints looked uncomfortable to wear at night - so I thought I'd give this a try.

From the time that I put the Feetures Plantar Fasciitis Sleeve on - I could tell the difference. It slipped right on and I could feel the compression around my arch area. I had been wearing a heel cup - and used this with it in my shoes. After a couple of hours, my foot felt a little tight. I took the heel cup out - and it was fine.

Also, I can wear this with regular shoes and it feels great! I really don't feel that I have it on at all.
I also like the fact that I can wear it at night. It is comfortable and it doesn't bother my sleep at all. And, it makes those first steps in the morning not as bad. You can also wear this while running - another feature that I liked. It doesn't bother me at all when I'm running.

I read some of the previous reviews about only being one in the box. That's what I figured. When you buy an Ace bandage or support - you only get one - and this is similar.

This has helped me so much - that after the first day, I bought another one. This way, I can have 2 that I alternate since I am running in them.

I highly recommend this to anyone that has Plantar Fasciitis problems!

There are ways proven by studies in which you can heal plantar fasciitis. This product is not one of them.

I tried this product for a few days, but it's impossible to use long enough to see if it works. It creates posterior tibial tendon pain (PTT issues generally coincide with PF) as well as peroneal tendon pain (EDIT: this is purely anecdotal, and I do not think this would reliably occur with other people). I can't say for sure, but I believe it has something to do with the constant compression of the tendons. I tried wearing the sleeve 1) only during the day 2) only at night and 3) 24 hours a day. All of these options caused the previously mentioned tendons to become painful.

I have spent a lot of money on various products and services, and I despise these companies that prey on people are in pain. They target people who are confused and highly stressed, but at the same time I also have to question the reviewers as well. Anecdotal evidence is weak, and I imagine most of the reviewers who like this product would have had their PF issues go away regardless. If there are no studies to prove the effectiveness, I would steer clear until you have exhausted more proven methods.

I urge you to not purchase this overpriced, useless product. If I could get a refund for this sock, I wouldn't even have written this review, but it's obvious to me that the vendor doesn't care about creating value. It's just about a transfer of wealth from the temporarily disabled to the people who take advantage of the situation.

    How to treat PF effectively:

    1) Buy a night splint; the hard ones are more effective than the soft splints.
