With a yubi key no one can get into your PC or laptop, as long as you secure your key under your control. I use the key on my cellphone as well for Google and Microsoft, NFC works seamlessly once the key is registered with the device, C to USB connector works on new android phone as well.

This works with all page's apps etc that require a USB secure key, however if you want one for Microsoft or Windows you must use a Biometric key because since an early update Microsoft now doesn't support this kind of key only the ones with fingerprint reader build in. Do I recommend this? YES!!! for sure I was able to activate google advanced protection, yahoo protection, paypal, and many other websites however for the Street I going to buy a biometric security key and keep these ones only for home and as a backup.

I was able to enroll my Google Accounts in the Advanced Security Program with these. They work great and it allows you to use them with basically any device.

The only issue I ran into was with my Microsoft account. For some reason it wouldn't accept them. Luckily though I had bought 2 others for $50 each before buying this pack, I thought they would be a waste but I was able to use those instead.

For the price they are asking....it's well worth the security and peace of mind you get.

Just know these won't prevent some attacks such as Cookie Spoofing otherwise known as 'Pass the Cookie'. In these cases they can still access your account, I believe the Google Advanced Security Program will require the keys to remove both of the keys....which means that even if they do get into your account....they won't be able to lock you out.

I honestly believe that every website should adopt this strategy, Amazon needs to start taking security seriously....They don't offer any support for these, leaving their users vulnerable to Phisher and Cookie spoofing attacks.

They work great, nfc ble and usb interfaces work for me. I know some people are paranoid about the source of the keys but u2f is in theory cryptographically secure so a backdoor wouldn't be feasible to exploit. If you have strict requirements due to government contracting, well stick with what they tell you to use. These devices work great to keep your accounts away from run of the mill hackers.

Edit: forgot to mention. Mine did come with a tamper evident seal that did function properly, the seal was stronger than the cardboard it was attached to so it would have been very difficult to remove the seal without damaging the cardboard and making it obvious.

Unfortunately, since I activated it in Jan I have never been able to pair with my iPhone or iPad as I cannot find any of tge devices. When I took it out of the box again and searched about the issue, I found out that after a certain upgrade in iOS the device no longer function with iOS?

Got it to work on android phone, chrome book and iOS to sign into google account. Haven’t tried with other apps yet to see if it works with them. So far I like it, but it would be nice if

- came with instructions. There is zero and it is pretty self explanatory but it took me a while to realize I needed the google smart lock app on my iPhone to pair it. It’s not THAT obvious. Also it should really have came with a usb to lightning adapter, usb to usb c adapter and told you how to set it up in clear written instructions.

Nothing surprising. Works as expected. Paring with Google Smart Lock app on iOS (in case somebody cares about it) is pretty much seamless.

In case you are considering it for Google Advanced Protection program - Google now allows to add many U2F devices besides the required two. So for peace of mind, get one or two extra (not necessarily this brand) and keep them in various places.

5.0 out of 5 stars This works with Windows 10

Quick and easy setup on Windows 10 1809. Had to register both keys on my Google Account with Chrome but they worked just fine on Firefox for regular logins afterwards (if you turn on u2f in about:config).

The seal on the box is quite cheap, it was halfway cut when I got the package and it broke when I moved the box a bit.
