Capable of laminating documents up to 12.5 inches wide and 10 mil thick, the Fellowes Voyager 125 uses exclusive AutoLam Technology to automatically and instantly self-adjust to the correct settings for each laminating pouch and document you use. For added control, the HotSwap advanced control system allows users to instantly adjust their laminate settings manually. No more waiting for the machine to heat up or cool down for different pouch thicknesses.
Advanced Belt Drive System for Dependable Performance
A four-roller, advanced, belt drive system offers efficient, jam-free performance. Additionally, in the event of a misfeed or overload, the auto-reverse function automatically reverses document flow for easy removal.
Heats Up Quickly and Safely
Fully heated and ready to use in only four minutes, the Voyager can laminate a letter-size document in approximately 30 seconds. With advanced temperature control, heat is carefully monitored for smooth, consistent results every time you laminate. HeatGuard Technology traps heat inside the laminator, so the outside is comfortable to touch. An auto-shutoff function prevents overheating when the machine is not in use.
LCD Screen for Easy Operation
With an intuitive LCD screen, the Voyager is remarkably easy to use. Audio and visual indicators signal when the machine is ready to laminate.
Easy-to-Clean, Clam-Shell Design
Cleaning, maintenance, and misfeed removal are simple with the Voyager's unique clam-shell design. Cleaning sensors automatically detect dirt and glue and notify the user that the machine needs attention. In the event the Voyager needs maintenance, simply open up the machine to remove a misfeed or clear debris.
The Fellowes Voyager 125 12.5-Inch Large Office Laminator is backed by a limited, two-year warranty.

I took this to my brother-in-law's company and after a week, he ordered his own. He owns an architectural firm and they laminate everything. He laughed at me when he first saw the machine in my office, saying they rarely use an old machine they had - I assured him that after a few days with my Fellow (as I call it) - he would be laminating everything possible (we even laminated our take out menus).
Though it's a high end model - set up was a breeze and the instruction manual is so simple to follow.
If you choose to use the AutoLam function,it automatically senses the size you're laminating. There's an auto Reverse function, so if there is a jam, it will reverse the feed - but I've never had any jams.
It warms up in 4 minutes and is extremely quiet. It comes with 10 letter-size pockets. One thing I've noticed, is there is NO BUBBLING when laminating like I used to get with my old cheap laminator. The full-color laminated sheets are spectacularly crisp and bright and the laminations are sturdy yet flexible.
I can't stress enough how easy it is to use.
There is a dear lady that often helps us with projects - she is retired but always wants to help around the office. Computers are too complex for her, she thought her cell phone was broken because it never rang (it was on silent), but one day she picked up the advertisements we needed to laminate and when I left to take a phone call (without yet having explained how to use the Fellowes), I came back 10 minutes later and she had half the stack done!
Listen, she is a sweetheart and I love her to pieces, but its' workhorse ability and ease of use makes this a standout that I recommend to everyone.
First, let me say it is sleek, professional looking and well built. It doesn't take up a lot of room, but does need to be plugged into a wall outlet, you cannot use an extension cord or a stripe. I had to do some moving around of my equipment but it was worth it. Set up was easy, done within ten minutes or less. I didn't have any pouches other than the letter size that was sent with it. However, that was fine, that is exactly the size of my book page. I was excited to give it a try.
I turned it on, and let it warm up. That did not take long, under 5 minutes. I then put my paper in the pouch and fed it into the machine. I used the Autolam since it senses the size automatically. I liked that. It was very quiet, not making all sorts of clicking noises like some do. Presto - out came a beautiful laminated page, bubble free, color still brilliant. I was impressed. I wanted to do some business cards. The only problem was I didn't have pouches for them so I typed them all on one letter size paper, spaced correctly of course. Sent it through and out it came. I was concerned when I cut them because my other laminator split open if you cut into the paper. Not this one.Read more ›
It's a pretty good size, but not too obnoxious, and fairly quiet. From opening the box, it is packaged real well and comes with an introductory packet of different size films for you to test it out. Setting the unit up after removing it from the packaging was a snap and took about one minute: essentially, you just plug it in and turn it on.
I've timed the warmup period from a cold start several times, and it is right at about 4 and a half minutes - rather than sitting there watching the screen display, when the unit is ready to go it gives you two audible beeps - that has saved me some time walking back and forth to the unit as compared to the unit this one is replacing.
Laminating is a snap: just put your document in the laminate film and insert it into the unit: the default setting is auto-laminate, so the roller balls / traction wheels (whatever it is called) grab your laminate film and push it through where it ends up on a plastic tray that attaches to the back end of the unit.
It also has an adjustable guide tray on the front which helps you get things lined up properly prior to laminating as well as does a good job of keeping the items in line as it is running through the unit.
I've now done about half a dozen 8.5 x 11" papers of various thickness, three 5 x 7 photos, as well as two dozen luggage tags: you could literally run this thing continuously. For my small home office, this is perfect and hopefully will last me for years to come. If you are a school or other large company looking for more of a production unit, you probably want to look for a larger capacity machine.Read more ›
