This laminator is really nice - heavy-duty, laminates 10-mil with carrier pouch no problem, smooth and quiet. The only real complaint I have - and my message to you - is this: DO NOT REGISTER YOUR PRODUCT WITH FELLOWES!!! I did this, thinking I needed to make sure my warranty was in place. It is now less than 24 hours later, and the e-mail address I used (which I hadn't used for almost anything else in months) has now suddenly been bombarded with spam! By "bombarded", I mean 2,500 junk e-mails (many in Cyrillic/Russian) in less than 24 hours.
The timing and the fact that none of these e-mails were getting flagged for my junk folder tells me that Fellowes promptly sold off my info. That e-mail account is now effectively useless. Unless you want your e-mail to be completely blown up, do not register this product with the manufacturer. True story.
