I had no trouble with shipping. Packaging ensured safe arrival. Much prettier than it looks online. Even my seasoned guitar playing friends love handling this beauty. If you want an affordable, lovely sounding, attractive guitar, you will NOT regret this purchase. AGAIN - Please remember to compare this guitar to other $300 guitars - trying to compare them to high end guitars is apples & oranges. No matter how many more guitars I add to my collection, I will always love playing this one. Every player remembers their first baby they fell in love with.
Aesthetically - The picture does not do it justice. The guitar is beautiful. It is dark throughout, but the grain is awesome. I can't say enough about how nice this guitar looks. On top of the great looks, it is a durable finish. I have been rough with it. Nailed it on corners, thrown in the back of my car, and it looks just as good as the first day it came out of the box.
Sound - This is the first guitar that I could call my own. I am still learning, but when you play this guitar correctly, it is sweet. Extremely warm sounding. One of my best friends picked it up and busted out Layla by Eric Clapton, and he didn't want to give it up. For a $200 guitar, simply awesome.
Other Notes - After about a month or two, this guitar holds tune very well. I play for about an hour daily, and I tune it maybe once or twice a week, and it is only minor adjustments even at that. As a novice, I love this guitar, and experienced players have loved it too. Can you tell I'm happy with my purchase? One more thing..if this is your first guitar, it is not the easiest thing to pick up and play. Acoustics are more difficult to hold strings down, and your fingers will kill until your calluses build up. But if you do start with this, when you pick up an electric, you will destroy it. Learning on an acoustic will build your finger strength and make you be that much more accurate when you play.

This is my very first acoustic guitar and I am pleased. I also have an electric guitar but I wanted an acoustic to practice. The sounds is amazing and you won't be disappointed!!
