Bought these eyes for a cat I was sewing. I needed the largest, 30mm size in the package, but imagine I might find use for the others on future products. In any case, my local craft store's options topped out at 15mm!
I was actually happy to learn that the color piece is separate from the eye, which has a clear rim. I was less happy to learn that all of the eyes in the package of the same size had the same color - i.e. all of the 30 mm eyes had blue, all 20mms were gold, etc. My daughter points out that it would be very simple to use paper or felt to make replacement color pads, either with scissors or a Cricut. She's right, but it still would have been nice for the selection to have color variation within each size.
As far as installation goes, it was easy as pie, and rather easier than some of the smaller eyes I've worked with in the past.
Would purchase again - except that I am simply not all that likely to go through this many eyes even at my current rate of plushy sewing! :)

It is packaged beautifully so you don't have to sit and try to match up the little rings to the eyes they're in individual bags the rings for the back of much bigger so that you know that the eye is going to be secure specially with crocheting which I do. They're beautifully done and I do crafts I make plushies and this is the one and only one I will purchase for now on

Whilst I got all sizes of eyes, I did not get all colours in all sizes as indicated by pictures. So I can only use black eyes on 10mm, blue eyes for 12mm, pink eyes for 16mm, green eyes for 18mm, gold eyes for 20 mm, purple eyes for 24mm and blue for 30mm no other size. There was also no red as indicated by photos as well. I bought this product as I was getting all colours in all sizes but this is not true.
