Jeff knows the ins and outs of racial disparity in the United States, and has made it his mission to lessen the gap. This book is a must-read. It's painful at times. Nobody wants to believe they are capable of any type of racism. Please read this book to understand this very real struggle not only in Missouri, but the entire U.S.
