One potential limitation, not sure if it's ingredient or technique specific or not, but when ABV went above 10%, there was a tart flavor imparted to the brew. As it's ginger beer I'm brewing, I cannot say for certain what this effect would be on a wort, but I thought I'd add it in as just a potential pitfall for those seeking to make barley wines, you sick, sick, sugarsweet-beerloving basterds.
Very temperature sensitive, keep it in the upper middle of the temperature range or it can become sluggish. Needles to say it didn't like the cold temps here in Fort Drum, NY.
A solid yeast would recommend to anyone
