Really short sheets, good for doing crafts. I ordered this pack because I needed a few of the colors, but buying the individual colors was more expensive than buying this small pack. I needed the foam for a costume I am making but saving the rest for doing little art projects with my daughter.

We've already used these to make a daily schedule for her and some play credit/debit cards. These are good to glue a magnet to or make shapes and stuff for 'busy bags'. I cut one into itty bitty pieces and combined with other materials to make a sensory tub for my daughter. There's a ton of uses for these!

I'm new to buying foam but my purpose for it is just to elevate some boxes from water that floods my basement sometimes. To be frank and I don't want to sound stupid or nothing and I didn't read much except the headline of the item and purchased it thinking I was getting a good deal for a lot of foam but I was wrong each foam sheet is a little thicker then a peice of paper. Without taking them out of the plastic they served their purpose for me, they are colorful but that won't have any benefit as they will be used as support under some boxes. Three and half stars, three stars for the title confusing me quite a bit and the half for the color even though it doesn't serve any purpose for my application. Enjoy this foam for whatever you choose to do with it for I know for future purchasing of foam I will read more about the description.

These are colorful and pretty cool, especially for the price (Nov 2013) around $5. For some reason I thought they were size of reg. sheet of paper, but they are half that size. Still, for what I wanted them for they are perfect - bought them to place in between mason jars that are being stored in boxes, they rattle around and didn't want any to break. Now that I have them I see they could be used for many things. They'd be great for craft cutouts or for using a foam base for lamps or whatever. Next time I order something from Amazon I'll probably get another pack just to have on hand. As soon as I pulled them out of the box my wife grabbed up the pink and purple ones.

Great for crafts with toddler

I used this for creating Christmas decorations using my almost 2-year-old daughter's hands and feet. She wear a size 7 in toddler's shoe, and wears a 4T if that helps imagine the size of toddler I have. Her hands fit two on each sheet, and one foot per sheet. She might be too big to do more than one hand and one foot by next Christmas.

We also traced cookie cutters to create other shapes, and were able to fit about three cookie cutters per sheet.

The foam was not very thick, but it was perfect for what I wanted to do. I'm very happy with my purchase.
