OK, I lied, I have to say more, a lot more, but not too much, I do not want to give anything away.
Molly McLain put her heart and soul into this book. You can read this in every word, on every page, of every chapter. This is a VERY emotional read all around, it made me cry so many times, both in sadness, and happiness. There were parts that I wanted to reach into the book and absolute punch two characters, and I do not know which one deserves the title of queen b..er a witch (sorry, have to make this PG). One of my favorite non Taylor/Colton scenes is at the wedding when Matt is talking to Colton, about “Taylor going out of her way to do something you might finally notice.” And Colton responds: “You think she…..” Stop, I said no spoilers. I was just so happy to see Colton setting Matt straight on this matter. My favorite Taylor/Colton scene, sorry there are just too, too many to name.
Thank you Molly McLain for this emotional “Flight” (smile).
If you love reading excellent, emotional romance, well then this series is for you. I do have to say though, you really should read the previous book, Fly prior to this one. You will understand so much more, and make this one even more emotional than it is by itself.
Thank you for reading my review!
This picks up where he cliffhanger in Fly left off. Taylor is pregnant from their night together in Las Vegas. Colton doesn't know and seems to be being a jerk, but due to the duel PoV from the author we realize is trying to be a good guy. He blames himself for breaking Taylor's heart and doesn't feel he is good enough for her. He's trying to clean up a mess with an ex-lover whose baby daddy he is not, even though she claimed so publicly.
Meanwhile Taylor is back at college, juggling online classes, working as a coffee barista and so tired she can't see straight. She feels inadequate to fit into Colton's world. She and Colton aren't even texting after years and years as best friends.
Finally, they start to communicate and work out their differences. Without giving anything away, this sometimes bumpy road does get them to their happily ever after.

This picks up where book 1 finished. Taylor and Colton have been through quite a lot. Outside influences have caused havoc and Taylor has had her heart broken by the one boy who promised her he would never. Colton is feeling the cold shoulder. Can he be the man for Taylor. When they finally see past all the drama and unite to fight for each other, can they survive? This one is full of drama but you do finally get your HEA. Well written and fast paced. Lots of twists that will keep you glued and rooting for the two of them.
