Very high quality male/male short cable. I purchased it for a connection between my underpowered audio device and my headphone amp. It is the perfect size to make the connection when the devices are back-to-back and also when it needs to hang from a non-mobile device. The connections are tight and provide no negative feedback or noise. FiiO is a great brand and this is well worth the price to get a high quality no latency audio cable.     I bought this to replace the standard short male to male cable that comes with the FiiO E11 headphone amp. I was kinda pissed that the cord stopped working in the first place so I didn't actually want to purchase a FiiO cable again. I couldn't find much out there that was short enough to be convenient so based on the reviews for this cable, I went ahead and purchased this FiiO cable. I just got it so I can't speak to it's longevity but it's built like a battleship. It's significantly heavier (15g vs 6g) than the standard rubber wrapped aux cables and you can see the metal braided shielding through the clear plastic shroud. Whats more this cable has added a level of dimension and sound to my amp and then to my ears that I never got with the standard cable. I've had to change all of my eq settings and the result is NICE! It's a shame FiiO doesn't just charge a little more and ship this with all of their amps (maybe the higher end amps do use it, I don't know). Bottom line is that this is a great upgrade to your system for very little money. I highly recommend it.

    I use this particular cable to plug my FiiO M3K Digital Audio Player to my Topping NX3s headphone amp. The cable that came with the Topping amp started failing and the sound wasn't full and sounded very odd. I picked up this cable and the sound is loud, clear, and in stereo again. The cable feels much higher quality than the little jumper that came with the Topping amp did. I think it will last a long time. Remember it's very short so it's really meant as a short jumper between two devices that are very close to each other. My headphone amp is attached to my DAP with a Topping branded "rubber band" that keeps them right on top of each other. I give this little cable 5 stars all around!

    Needing some sound solutions, to get the most out of my audio, I did some research and it seems not all cables are created equal, which was part of the problem with my set up. Investing in a headphone/speaker amp doesn't do much good, using inferior cables.

    So, this is now part of a set up that includes the mPow noise isolator, NuForce Audio Pump amp, a longer UGreen high grade cable, and then this little shorty cable, and, all in concert working together as a system, I now have super crisp, zero interference, high ouput audio from any source I want, whether my laptop, cell phone, or whatever.

    I'm extremely pleased with FiiO, and, since I can't find the NuForce amp here anymore, and I'm in need of another amp, I will be getting their E12, since clearly they make great products, based on this cable.

    I am ordering up another one of these, to go with my new amp.

    Very happy with this product!!!

    Highly recommend.

    I purchased this cable the same time I purchased the e12 Mont Blanc but I decided to do a little trial, in hindsight I also should have purchased one of the $40+ - $50+ cables for a better comparison and to see if they offered better aound but here it goes.

    I tried an older interconnect cable I had to hook up my new e12 Mont Blanc and my HTC M9,my cans are ATH-M50x.. the sound was very good considering I was ONLY increasing the power by about 2000%. I then switched out to the little black 90° cable the comes with the Mont Blanc and the sound was even better, cleaner with more impact. So I then connected the units with the L16..... Wow... The entire sound stage opened up, the clarity was astounding, dynamics were amazing, and the IMPACT... STUPENDOUS!!!! and I agree with the other reviews, the bass had much more impact, as well as the mids and highs just roll smoothly into your ears. Clean, clear, crisp... Worth all the pennys folks.

    solves the portable amp to FiiO DAP perfectly! Since the FiiO players use the 3.5 mm phone port as the line out, this cable provides a slick solution for plugging in to a portable amp. The length is perfect, without providing too much cable to get in the way and result in a bird's nest of cables in your portable set-up.

    Both terminals fit snugly into my TEAC HA-P50 and FiiO X1 V2; in fact I have more than once had to actually push the terminals in a little farther, as they had not fully seated and the right channel did not come through until I did so. This promises years of issue-free use.
