The sound is here, specifically the guitars, can be comparable only to other trailblazing underground-guitar-hero bands. I'm one who thinks only Billy Zoom, Ricky Wilson, and Greg Ginn were doing anything as challenging in the same time frame. This was a true American voice, you hear it on outright classics like "Drug Train" and "Goo Goo Muck" and "Domino", true pioneering jolts to the system.
