Product Description

Protect your valuable images and precious moments with a Film Safe by Quantaray.

Airports around the world us X-ray machines to scan both your checked and carry-on baggage for your security. Unfortunately, today's machines emit a dose of X-rays capable of damaging your film. By simply putting all your film in this easily re-closeable bag and attaching the slide over clip, you can avoid any risk. You can even put your camera in the bag if it is loaded with film.

The Film Safe is constructed in four layers of polyester laminated films. One each of polyethylene, lead foil, and a barium impregnated polyethylene film, each acting to shield and block the X-rays from affecting your film.

This bag will protect films with speeds up to 1600 ISO.

I do not use this for film. I use it for my liquid B-12, and my other homeopathic liquids. Helps to keep them from getting so much radiation. And who needs extra radiation in their life?
