"The mingling of Titans, Gods, and mortals; threads time, souls, faiths, myths and legends. From ancient Mesopotamia through present; rebirth and ascension through Sumerian, Greek, and Egyptian deities; galactic warfare and rebellion; genesis and anima; the Gods engage and intervene in the future of mortals and themselves. Written in the form of three interspersed books with artifacts of history and love letters; SW Hammond's debut novel is an epic story with exquisite prose and the depth and scope of meticulous research." - SA Schlueter
"At its heart, The Final Book: Gods takes a very interesting view of religious development and as a result has a strong message to put forward. It is perhaps for this reason that the publisher and author describe the book as "a controversial last chapter of humanity." Should readers be able to get beyond this 'controversial' theme they will find an extremely well written tome that certainly deserves a place on any bookshelf. " - Sean Byrne, Geek Ireland
"This book does not disappoint!! Characters are well developed and very enjoyable. I found myself quickly tying each character with its Greek mythology counterpart. Hammond takes great care in incorporation even the smallest details for the Greek myths into the foundation of his characters and I often found myself smiling with the ease of falling into this version of the world from Gods, and Titians to Oracles." --Melissa Green, Books-A-Million
From the Author
Frustrated, sweating, and barely scratching away at the dirt, my mind became lost in a fantastic tale of the Gods living right above the city. To this point I was basically a hobby writer--my various pop culture and adventuring articles occasionally being picked up and published. I had written little fiction before, a few short stories, but I knew I had a story to tell--or at least one that I loved. Who knows how many opportunities one has to write a novel in their life--I am proud of this one. I hope it haunts you, just as it has me.
I encourage you to reach out and engage with me through social media--I can be found in all the usual places. The best thing you can do for me as an author is to share my work--talk about it, make your friends feel like they're missing out if they haven't experienced the story. This book, these characters, continue to live or die by your will of wanting their story shared and told.
Listen to that little voice, live virtuously, and be the catalyst.
