Dated graphics but still fun

I had been playing this game for almost 10 years now and still enjoy it. The positives is being able to change jobs and develop different skills (i.e. wood working, cloth craft, mining etc) The other thing Ive enjoyed is support for a game pad like the Logitech game pad for PC and the X-box game pad for basic functions such as movement and attacking and spells or and communication. Another good thing they did is when it was ported to the game consoles it allowed for keyboard support for the more advanced functions. (If WoW had the same support for gamepad and stuff it would be really good) Only drawback to the X-Box version is it needs to modify the code to allow full install on a HDD to keep the discs from being used and scratched from excessive use. As for the community great when you find yourself biting off more than you can chew and get killed usually some one will come by and raise you or if they can't get someone who can. If your just starting there are people who will take you and show you what you need to do to prosper in the game. The graphics are a bit dated but bear in mind this game was originally released 2001 with the intent of running on PC and PS2 and should have built it for PC first then waited for X-Box 360 and PS3 then the graphics could have been much better.

I love the game. It's in it's twilight years and I've rage quit more times than I like to admit, but if you like MMO's this was the standard. Complex, party oriented play style. A rich history and backstory. I have been playing for years!

WOG expansion disc

The only problem I had with this, was for an expansion disc that is no new is still over priced! The prices could drop on this. This expansion is old. Everything else was fine.

Great Game, this is nothing negative against the seller, just buyer beware, this is an online only game, that is no longer supported on the xbox360, basically is a nice coaster or bookend. Once again nothing negative about the seller.

Great expansion as others have said it let you go into the past to fight the Great War and to do missions in Etc. Sadly though they've shut down the Xbox 360 servers for Final Fantasy 11 so this is more or less just a collector's piece now.

FFXI is an amazing game, of all the mmo i have played FFXI by fr has to be the most organize and less frustrating to get use to. there is sooo mjuch to do in the game, starts out sow but once you hit 75(which might tae a month) thats when everything gets even more interesting.
