I have to say the story in the beginning is pretty lame - and the message at the end reads like a self help book. Heather O'Neill is obvsiously not an author. Having seen her in person (which is why I tried the book), she is definately more motivational in person than she is in this book. I'd recommend not purchasing the book, but attend a seminar that has her speaking instead. This book told me what I already knew and I would not recommend anyone to waste their money.
If that were not enough, Heather goes on to explain or "unpack" the ideas so that readers can understand the "behind the scenes" aspects of the story and better relate the ideas to your own life.
I enjoyed the book and would recommend it to anyone who feels a little "lost" and in need of their fire !
