THIS COOKBOOK IS GREAT!!
It's from the 70's, but still relevant
and very easy to follow the recipes.
My sister raved about it for years and
recently gave away her only copy to a friend,
so I bought her another copy.
When I looked through it, I was not only impressed
by the recipes, but the way in which
they were laid out...very easy to follow and read,
nicely illustrated, good graphic design.
Plenty of pics that are VERY 70's too, which is always fun!!
I plan to purchase another book for myself.
PS...the recipes looked great too,
they sound delicious and easy to make.
Plus the book (being 30+ yrs old) is super cheap.
What's not to like??

What a wonderful cookbook that compliments "The Findhorn Community".
This cookbook although written in the late 60's, early 70's would apply especially well today. We need to go back to this way of life, before the type of farming methods utilized today- devastating the planet's food sources. People would really benefit from the ideals on how to care and create real sustainable food. Everything created in this book was obviously done with great care and love.
