your future manager makes you several question to find out if you are the right candidate,
however this approach doesn't give you the edge you need to get hired.
The best way to be above the crowd and prove that you are the best candidate,
is to implement the 30-60-90 days plan because you will show that you are proactive, analytical, and an asset to your future employer, instead of a liability.
I used Peggy's advice it took me less than a month to get a better paid job, working less hours, and living in a new beautiful city.
I have been job hunting for longer than I'd like to admit, so I understand the pain and bore of reading new job hunting materials. Peggy McKee really came up with something new here. She offers the reader a novel idea - a 30/60/90-day plan - “a detailed outline of what you intend to do on the job in your first 3 months as an employee.” Here, Peggy makes it clear that “in the job search, you are the product.” With my marketing background, I cannot stress enough the value of effective communication. This 30/60/90 plan is the ultimate communication tool in an interview. What more could a hiring manager want than to see a detailed plan with what the candidate would do on the job for the next 3 months? The job applicant communicates how they understand the job and what they would do for the next 3 months. And the hiring manager learns about the candidate right then and there - pretty much taking the risk out of the interview process for them. I am sure hiring managers will want everyone to read this book.
I give this book the highest recommendation.
