Every day my customers come in and say 'I can't buy anything else until I finish the projects I've started'. Well, now I have just the book to offer them.
There is no way you can go wrong with this book if you are working your way through your stash. I'm recommending it to my students and customers. Margie Wallace, owner, Log Cabin Quilt Shop
From the Author
Hi, Thank you for considering my book! I wrote it because my first book, Crazy Shortcut Quilts, is still so very popular but it doesn't meet the needs of many quilters because it's designed to create one style of quilt.
My new book takes the popular quilt-as-you-go technique, explains it better and with more photos than the first book, and then applies that technique to many styles of quilt. How cool is that?!
This book is meant for people who want to make and finish a LOT of quilts and who are not fussy about "perfection". If you want to spend a year making a perfect quilt, this book is NOT for you.
If you want to whip out a quilt a month, easily, using many different designs, and throw them on the bed, sofa or floor, this book is for you. I wrote this for the people who want the "toss things around" teens, the sticky fingered toddlers and the family pet all using their quilts. I am a believer in quilts that keep loved ones warm and happy and after ten years of making tops, I am a believer in *finishing*.
My book aims to take you from fabric to finished as quickly and easily as I know how. I've made over thirty quilts using my methods and I teach them often. In fact, I have many videos on YouTube that feature my quilting techniques ~ I hope you'll look me up and see if I have any tips that might help you with your quilting. I also have two websites, facebook pages and an author page here on Amazon, so if you have a question please let me know and I'll answer it as quickly as I can. Thanks so very much and happy quilting, Marguerita
