It was not what I expected. It struck me as a love story at first; before I knew it, I was 75% through this book (on my kindle) and I realized that there was no way it could end as I expected! What was most magical about this novel is that I felt like I could have been there, a real treat since I have always wanted to go to Ireland. Furthermore, the male protagonist was so relatable and his emotions so raw. I connected with Finn in ways I would not have expected to.
As I continue to reflect on this story, I have decided that it was a love story after all. An amazing journey to self-love. It is a unique perspective on the power we each have to influence our own happiness and success by harnessing our talents. A great reminder and lesson for everyday life; I will read it it again. And probably again. :)
I began reading without any expectations. I thought I knew where the book was going after the first two chapters. Nope! I knew nothing! The story took me far from the expected and gripped me right from the start. It ended where it began....with miles and years and amazing strength between.
I want more. While I am satisfied with the ending, I can only hope it is not the end of my being able to get lost in Finn's story. I want to know more.
Well written. Throughly absorbing. Thought provoking. Magical. Physical. Emotional. Finn Again touched all the right places.
Loved loved loved it!
I started reading Finn Again not knowing how the book was going to end. I was captivated by the story line. The twists and turns kept me reading to find out where I was going to go next. Lynda's attention detail makes this a great book to read. I could picture myself in the war and the Irish countryside. The characters are well developed and well thought out. This is one book that I will definitely read again and again.
