Tightly enough to not fall out but not so tight that it’s difficult to pull things out.

This Fintie passport holder is a perfect simple solution. There are slots for a few cards, a place to slip in some money, and a slot for your passport. You could also slip in your travel documents if needed as well. This would, in a pinch support two passports, but this is really perfectly designed as a single passport solution. Stitching around the edges and such is very nice and this seems quite sturdy. This does not have a clasp to get in the way and has a very nice flowery design. Also, this is RFID blocking so you can rest assured that your information is safe. I really like this passport holder / wallet, it is perfect for solo traveling.

I am so glad I bought this passport holder and wallet as it truly provided everything i needed. It held quite a lot of cash even though initially at first it seemed like it wouldn't. Small enough to fit in most of my pants (small pockets wouldn't work but it would still be great for a small purse or clutch) and slim in size made it very easy to use and comfortable. I bought the black one but also ordered the granite blue splash looking one. Ended up going with the black as it was more uniform. Mine did not have a zipper on it but I am glad for that as it would have been a hassle.
