Ruby Dixon has a very nice pace to her books and I find that there is never any "boring/slow" bits. I've read all of her Ice planet barbarians and that includes all the short stories. I like her dragon books because they have her same fated mates pattern to them but there about twice as long.
If u read this book and part 1 and u haven't read Ruby's Ice planet barbarians then I highly recommend u do 👍🏼🙂
Ruby Dixon has quickly become my favorite sci fi author !!
However, I'm very intrigued by the newest secondary characters - Emma & the imprisoned dragon - I'm very eager for that one to come out.
I just love the H and h in this one. Both grew to love one another organically. So by the end you bought their relationship. I also loved the plot twist toward the end. I think it sets up a whole new side to this world.
Please hurry on the 3rd! I can't wait to see what you do next.
I also happen to be one reader that LOVED how the first sex scene happened. I'm sure some people didn't like how things went down, but I think it made their story SO much more believable and gave a lot more depth to both Sasha and Dakh. I want to thank Dixon for keeping true to Sasha's personality during this scene as I think it brought a lot to the table for both characters.
