"Miss Scott has taken something that could have been so ordinary, and made it extraordinary. A blend of storytelling, character-building, world-making and fights that could make a Spartan jealous, Fire is a darn fun read. Actually, it is more than fun, it is worth reading." -Fantasia Reviews
From the Author
It is not a series of convenience, and the characters in the story are not perfect. Your favorite characters will be in peril and will sometimes lose their lives. Though the series has some humor, The Six Elements does not abide by the light-hearted clichés of many fantasy novels. This is a series for adults, and thus has adult situations including intense violence, gore, sensuality, cursing, and stories/scenes of realistic warfare.
Each book in The Six Elements series contains maps and additional information helpful in understanding the lore, world, magic, and characters before the story begins. Kindle versions default at the Prologue or Chapter One, so this may be easily missed by some readers.
