Elegant and classy looking and more than wide and tall enough! Really makes the fire place look a step above !

This fireplace screen is very pretty ! It is elegant and the gold trim really makes it stand out rather than being some screen that adds no beauty to the fireplace (or take away as my last one did) ! I was concerned that it would be not wide enough or tall enough but in fact it was more in height and width than my old one ! I was very surprised at how light weight it is. I once again was concerned that it could be something that fell easily . Then yesterday night my spouse called for me, saying a log had fell out and it was a good sized one too ! Now that happens only once or twice a year and its my fault for stacking logs too high but the screen held it perfect ! I will admit I said to myself, "well I do not have to worry about the screen moving if a log rolls out !" Before I bought this I looked at the other helpful reviews and I noticed that some of the best looking ones had the fireplace cleaning tools etc. with some gold color on it ! I thought that looked fabulous and I intend to do that myself. I am very impressed with the quality and the price this seller has for now my second item from them! I am hoping they too may carry some inexpensive fire tools (shovel-brush-poker etc) that would look nice with this screen ! So yes it is beautiful and it really helps my fireplace look a bit classier ! I still am proud I found it at this price. I have nothing but good things to say about this fireplace screen and am quite sure that this will be a purchase you will not regret ! I hope this has been helpful ! ray333ray2001@yahoo.com

I found an older fireplace screen just like this one in a thrift store a few years ago. I haven’t come across one since so I was thrilled to find this one for one of our other fireplaces. It’s even prettier in person, love the gold against the black!
