I did some research on first aid kits to find one for my car. I originally thought I would have to build a kit on my own because I couldn't find one that had everything you would need for a real emergency--until I found this. This kit has stuff for small injuries and for large emergencies. My husband is a certified EMT and uses this kit when he is off work. I bought it thinking it would be a great thing to have for my accident-prone children, but my husband soon took it because he liked it so much. We have used it for small "boo-boo's" and for when my husband splashed gas into his eyes ~don't ask. Thankfully, we haven't used it for a big emergency, but it gives great comfort knowing that we are prepared if anything should happen.

I highly recommend this for every day parents who might need it for any accidents.

If you are a medically-trained professional, this kit needs some "extras" to make it complete. I added a stethoscope, BP cuff, pen light, and lots more plastic gloves, but that was all. The kit has a few empty pockets and these "extras" fit perfectly. The kit is relatively small in size and doesn't take up much space in my car, or wherever you plan to store it. Overall, a great buy and worth having for any situation.

Very disappointed. So many boxes of bandaids, bandages and gauze - repeat, after repeat, after repeat of same size and use. It's a very large container, but has few compartments where you can SEE what things are, so it's VERY hard to find stuff. Pricey and not very usable. Highly disappointed. I will now double the price I spent to actually outfit it to be USED, but it still won't be very effective as everything gets buried. Again SO DISAPPOINTED. I guess I'll used this to store my home medical stuff. It will take up half a cabinet and rather annoy me every time I look at it. I would not recommend at all. Look carefully at the photos and imagine using this thing in an emergency. You'd dump it on the ground and paw through whatever you can see to get what you need. I'd give it one star, but it does contain some basics. Just a lot of the SAME basics and not remotely all of what I really might need. I absolutely not recommend this in any way.

Used the eye wash to wash down wounds with gravel in them. Used the large sterile pad to cover up a huge gravel scrape. Emptied out half of this kit on a big traffic accident where a suburban rolled over fully loaded with kids and adults. I was really glad I had this kit! Watch it though, if you carry your kit in your truck all year long as your eye wash will freeze up in the winter. Watch the glove sizing too and put your own size of gloves in the pocket. Otherwise, great kit and have used it several times on our road trips already both at camps and on the road. I'm a retired paramedic instructor after 30 years and love this kit. Oh, you might want a better set of super shears and a small penlight.

I was somewhat displeased with this product. I carry medical supplies with me daily and although this is a trauma kit I think if could offer more quantity for the price. I would also suggest a more divers way to organize and secure the content I.e. the medical shears and tape spools. If they added some elastic retention bans the shears could slide into so secure them and a “T” clasp for the tape it would make this product more versatile.
