Good shipping, condition not as advertised

The item got here quickly and the shipping was smooth, so I appreciate that. What I don't appreciate is the terrible condition my CD came in. The item was described on Amazon as "Very Good" and being in quality condition. When I opened the package the case was noticeably cracked and roughed up, though I didn't much care about that, I have jewel cases in worse condition. Then I open it up and the CD is scratched, marked, and smudged beyond usability on both front and back (I couldn't get good pictures that showed all the marks, but you can still see a decently amount of the scratches). I put it in my CD player and couldn't get through a single song without multiple skips, glitches, and every time it'd simply stop playing before the end of the song. I was going to buy this CD straight from SST, but sadly they stopped selling it. I wish I'd bought a better copy from eBay or Discogs for less money. Completely frustrated about this. Two stars for good shipping, nothing else.
