This spelling journal will make getting my 1st grader to write his spelling words each afternoon a lot less of a daunting task. Before, it seemed to take him 20 minutes just to find some paper and a pencil to write his words with. This is an awesome journal for kids because it has optional activities that my son enjoys at the bottom of each page. I believe this spelling homework book is going to be a big help with getting him motivated to do his studies. For one thing, it really simplifies homework for him. He knows that when the page is filled out he's done for the evening.
