About the Author
Lindzee Armstrong isn’t an identical twin, but she does have identical twin boys that keep her on her toes. Constantly having to explain to people which child is which, and how she knows that, partly inspired this story. Lindzee is married to the most supportive man in the world, who regularly takes care of the twins while she escapes with her laptop to chase her dream of being a writer. When she has time for hobbies, Lindzee is a reality TV junkie, loves to cross-stitch, and sometimes even finds time to play the piano. She thinks nuts in dessert are yucky and has an obsession with double chocolate fudge ice cream, and wishes she liked things like running or yoga. Initially, I had trouble dealing with the fact that Keslee would even for one second consider allowing Bryce to mistake her for her dead sister. Once I got somewhat past that creepy factor I was able to read on. This book is just over one hundred pages and it took me less than an hour to read it, so that helped.
It’s not a bad book. It’s a cute, clean romance. I wasn’t sure how old Keslee was, but her behavior seemed a bit immature. I liked that the romantic parts were tasteful and sweet. The author’s style of writing is easy, breezy and made the story flow nicely. It was a good way to pass an hour. I would read more of this author’s books.
This was very short read but carried a punch to it. Really sweet but emotional read at times. Clean read, most are kiss and caresses. Give it 4 out 5. Emotional at times to read. Triggers getting past loss and making it work when you are not original choice.
"She might not have been Bryce’s first choice. But she was his first love."
This book was pleasant to read, chuckled in parts and teared up in others. Looking forward to reading mire from Me. Armstrong.
Bryce is a humanitarian who seems to have given it all up to promote a hall for events.
I don't see the love connection at all.
It feels like Bryce is in love with Jadyn and is using Keelee as a way to have Jadyn back. Because Keelee and Jadyn look alike they should be interchangeable?
The whole love thing seemed forced to me.
I wanted to like Bryce but ended up no trusting him and quite frankly, not liking him much at all.
Not really interested in anymore of this story.
