Colorful beads stimulates visual development
Toddlers love to be on the move, but aren't always steady on their feet. The Fisher-Price Brilliant Basics Ready Steady Ride-On Trike is designed with a narrow wheel base in back, making it more stable for toddlers to get on and off by themselves. The wide wheel base in front helps it stay balanced while they climb on. Comfy, easy-straddle seat, easy-grip handle bars and controlled steering for better maneuvering. It's fundamental play that enriches baby's beginnings-in a brilliant way!
How does it help my child develop?
Developmental fun! The Fisher-Price Ready Steady Ride-On Trike fosters development of coordination & balance. The fun trike strengthens leg muscles as baby pushes the ride-on all around the house or outside. A spinning roller drum in the handlebar offers some fun during rest stops, with shiny reflections and colorful, rattling beads. Promoting the development of new skills helps build self-confidence in your little one and getting from place to place on their own encourages independence.

Fundamental play that enriches baby's beginnings-in a brilliant way
All toddlers love to go faster than their newly walking legs can carry them. On this great all-plastic, scoot-around toy, they can fulfill those desires to zip from one place to another. The 7-inch seat is wide enough for sitting stability, but easy for toddler legs to swing over. With a 15-inch wide front-wheel base, the bike won't tip easily, when being boarded or ridden, and the limited turning radius makes for easier steering. The ride-on toy stands 18 inches tall at the handle bars and 9 inches at the seat, and it measures 20 inches from front to back. --Richard FarrSee all Product description

-Very sturdy yet lightweight. The plastic is hollow so you can easily move the scooter even with your child on it.
-My daughter loves the little rattler on top of the handle bar. That was the first thing she noticed when we gave her the scooter.
-(Perhaps this is a personal preference) This tricycle would have been better if it has a parent bar in the back so you can easily push your toddler around.
- The turning range is very limited so you would need to lift or push the scooter to make it turn in tight corners (we have the scooter inside the house so when we push our daughter down the hallway, at the end, we have to lift the scooter up to turn it completely around because the bike can't turn all the way around by itself)
