This adorable scoot along ride-on features pretend groceries, removable shopping basket, sound activated scanner and pretend cell phone. Your little one is ready for a day of shopping fun.

Since 1930, Fisher-Price has been in business to create toys that fascinate and stimulate a child's imagination. Fisher-Price was founded in 1930, hardly the best time to launch a new business as the shadows of the Depression still loomed over American business. Still, Herman Fisher, Irving Price and Helen Schelle combined their diverse manufacturing and retailing experience to create a toy company and confidently brought 16 wooden toys to the International Toy Fair in New York City. The whimsical nature and magical surprises of those first Fisher-Price toys quickly caught on and became the hallmarks of Fisher-Price ever since. Fisher-Price believes in the potential of children and in the importance of a supportive environment in which they can grow, learn, and get the best possible start in life. Fisher-Price supports today's families with young children through our breadth of products that includes GeoTrax, Imaginext, Little People, Laugh and Learn, Thomas the Tank, Thomas and Friends, Elmo, Dora the Explorer, Go Diego Go, Sesame Street, Smart Cycle, Ni Hao Kai-Lan, Toy Story and other learning toys and pretend play items.

My daughter received this toy for her 1st birthday and was excited to play with it. I thought it was cute too and also thought it would be a great educational toy. My daughter is 15 months now and still likes playing with it.

Pros: The basket and fruit are durable and easy to hold for little hands. My daughter loves to carry the basket around with her and put the fruit in and out of the basket. The music and sounds are fun. Easy to ride on and the storage under the seat makes putting all the pieces away very easy.

Cons: The stickers for the phone and scanner came right off! My daughter was chewing the pieces of sticky paper in a matter of minutes. I had to throw away both pieces.

Overall this is a great toy even without the pieces I threw away. My daughter loves it and I would recommend it to a friend despite the downsides.

Love this little ride on toy! Bought it for my daughter for her first birthday. She is tiny but is still able to climb on herself (not scoot yet) and just loves it! The basket up front is great, the toys that came with it durable to play with seperate from the scooter. Seat lifts up for extra storage. Very sturdy and stable! She prefers this to walk behind holding onto the white handle over her push toy as well. I am so glad i went with this one!

I love the polka music that's played when you push one of the buttons but this clearly isn't made anywhere near as well as such items a few years ago. The front wheels do not turn, and the back handle is wobbly. It seems to be right in line with the junky quality of baby/toddler items on the market today.

I bought this yesterday at my local WM for twenty-five bucks and I'm taking it back. I bought it for my 8 month old, who is trying to walk, but needs support. I thought the white back rest was for her to hold onto, but it is made of terrible flimsy plastic, and the entire things wobbles and bends when any weight is put on it at all. My older child is still within this thing's weight range. She lightly leaned back while sitting still, and the white backrest completely gave out on her, causing her to tip backwards on her head!! Additionally, the scanner and phone are really lame and have no buttons. They are mere clumps of plastic with stickers, which my baby wants to put in her mouth, but I am sure the stickers would come right off. There are only two buttons and each makes two sounds. I really hate singing toys, so I was hoping for a silent toy, but if you're looking for one that sings, this one is really lame.

My baby is 14 months and we have had this for a few months. She is still finding new stuff on it and enjoying all the different ways to play with it! Arrived on time, easy to assemble, no small parts for young ones to choke on.

Thought with the name "Fisher-Price" I couldn't go wrong. The little basket doesn't stay in place. Falls off easily. The seat has storage but the lid doesn't open all the way up to put things in it. Also the seat doesn't stay open for easy access. Cute. But would I purchase this again for another gift, gotta say No on that one. It does have a button to push with sound. (trying to look at the positive)

I bought this for $30 at Walmart for my little girl's first birthday. Some parts are made from really thin flimsy plastic, but this is not why the product only gets one star from me. When my daughter first started riding she couldn't quite get on by herself and every time she tried the thing tipped over! It has also tipped over while she was on it and trying to go backwards. While this is a major safety concern (no toy should tip over while a child is using it for it's intended purpose!), it's still not the main reason for only giving one star. The main reason is the bruises it has left on my child. When she first started riding she would scream in pain when she tried to get off! I couldn't figure out why until looking at her thighs and realizing they were getting pinched between the main base and the seat that lifts. At first I just watched her closely and helped her get off until she learned it was easier to dive off the thing than to get pinched. Last week (my daughter is 15 months now and has mastered the use of this toy) she was riding and again screamed in pain! After cuddling her, I looked at her thighs and found that even seconds after it happened she already had a bruise, along with a pinch mark that broke the skin! The bruise continued to get worse and grew to the size of a quarter! Now, a week later, she still has the bruise. That is how severely this toy pinched her! My nephew, that is 3 months older than her, also got pinched while riding. I have since taped the seat down so this doesn't happen again (wish I would have thought to do it sooner!) and have written the company. This the response I got back from Fisher-Price "This Ride-On is a licensed product manufactured for us by Moose Mountain Marketing, Inc. As the manufacturer, they will be able to better assist you.", along with a slight apology for the inconvenience. Please don't buy this toy for any child!! There are so many options for this type of toy that it just isn't worth the risk!

This was my granddaughter's favorite Christmas present. At 11 months old, she likes to walk holding on to something. This gives her something to hold onto and makes her mobile as well. She loves the sounds the buttons makes and the lift up seat as well.
