I just received it as a gift from my baby registry. I do live on another country though... So that's why only 4 stars, it has some pre assembly issues, it does not interfere with the use but does not look perfect, I'm attaching photos so you can see for yourself. Living in another country I can't easily return it... So I'm not entirely happy. The parts you see that don't fit 100% together were pre aseembled so I can't do anything else and as a result of it the final piece can't be used. Also you'll be able to see some Minor scratches.

It is functional & does what it says. I like that it’s electric and plugs in the wall or can use batteries if you’d like.
I like that I can adjust the speeds, lights and sounds with my phone.
I noticed the motor of it when it gets going can be a little loud but I learned if I don’t give it a start push it’s actually quieter & you only hear the motor running when it needs to pick up the pace so that’s ok for me but took getting used to.
I’m disappointed in the plastic, it’s not as sturdy as others...some of the pieces had scratches on them & the tape discolored some spots on the swing when I unboxed it.
My baby likes it so that’s good but for the price I don’t think it was worth it.

Definitely not my favorite swing! I can say it is absolutely adorable but, It seems to not work the way it’s supposed to. The arm part for the swing seems like it’s going to fall out. It sometimes won’t swing and of course I’m passed the return date other wise I’d return it. It makes a loud clicking noise and sounds broken. Sometimes I have to give it a push to even go and even then on high speed it swings super slow.
