    If I could give these ten stars I would.

    A) They're inexpensive.
    B) They work exceptionally well.
    C) They're comfortable to use (even for a lefty like me).

    I've been hard at work making a quilt and ever since I ordered these I've been looking for more and more ways to put down my rotary cutter and use these. They're a joy to use and a fantastic bargain. I'm able to cut through layers upon layers of fabric without any bunching at all. Love them, and love the nostalgic sharp sound they make.

    Quality is good but comfort is not great. The thumb handle is made odd (too large?) where my thumb slips too far into the handle & is not comfortable to use. I sprayed a rubber coating (Plasti Dip) on the handles in an effort to give some grip to the slippery steel which helped, but still not great.
    The other Fiskars plastic handle scissors I own are much more comfortable to use, but that scissor leaves a serrated edge. Not good for cutting old clothes for rags due to the shredded fibres left that contaminate wood finishes.
