A spring-action design opens the blades after each cut to reduce hand strain, and the high-grade, stainless-steel blades feature a precision-ground edge that stays sharp longer and cuts all the way to the tip — essential for anyone who cuts fabric. Additionally, the blades include a titanium coating that is three times harder than steel to provide superior durability and lasting value. Fiskars Titanium Micro-Tip Easy Action Scissors also include a Softgrip handle for a more comfortable grip.

As you can see in the description pictures, the grip of these scissors is quite different. Instead of only using my thumb in a top grip hole, I can use more of my whole hand to grasp and cut. This relieves pressure on the intricate structures of inflamed joints.
These scissors would earn 5 stars if it were easier to manipulate the small clip that holds the blades together.
I have no regret about buying the scissors. I routinely choose these over my standard scissors. I think these will benefit most people who have hand pain or grip issues.
I've had them almost 6 years now. Haven't been trimming plants for a long time, but they're still awesome scissors for various tasks. They are still sharp as ever, and good as new.
I have a tiny complaint though: It's very pointy. No, that's not the complaint, I like how pointy it is (helps with little or detailed cuts), BUT I'm a little clumsy so I get scared that I'll accidentally stab myself on the scissors. I wish it came with a cover or something so that it would minimize the possibility of hurting myself with these. It would add a little more hassle in getting them ready for use, but it would be a nice layer of protection for me.
Then what's the problem??? Well, honestly, I don't like them for Quilting. I think they'll be awesome for cutting out garments, but not for the small task cutting one normally does when quilting.
I will opt for a pair of shears that don't have the "squeeze" mechanism for cutting to use with my quilting. When quilting, you're snipping ends/points/etc. but not necessarily cutting lengthy paths, and that's where these will be amazing - those "road trip" cutting events, i.e. cutting out garments.
For quick snips/etc. it's a pain to unlock them (I never leave scissors open), snip, then push the button forward to lock them back (close)... A pair of straight shears will do the trick, and these guys will be amazing when it's time to cut out a blouse/pants/etc.
