FitDeck is a unique deck of illustrated exercise playing cards that makes exercise more simple, convenient, and fun. Each card is illustrated with an exercise in three difficulty levels to accommodate different abilities (beginner, intermediate, advanced). Fitdecks are available in 56-card and 26-card Booster decks. Full Deck 56-Card Fitdecks, Bodyweight, Yoga, Stretch, Basketball and Junior, provide a standard deck of cards with mainly bodyweight exercises to build an entire workout routine. 26-Card booster packs, Dumbbell, Resistance Tube and Core Blast, can be used as a standalone workout or they can be combined with other Fitdecks to create an even more challenging routine. Cards are held in a plastic cardholder making it easy to carry and draw cards while on the go. Fitdeck illustrated exercise cards are a convenient, portable workout.

Bought Core, hard for me but again worth it.
Note: if your a senior like me with arthritis, take it easy. Some of these exercises look easy. They can leave you plenty soar hours later. I'm doing mostly stretches now and thats plenty. You get exercised. You may never have to do more. But if you build slow, you can really get a workout.
The cards themselves are so easy to follow. Just an illustration, directions for getting in the pose, and how many breaths to take. There are three levels of breathing, so for a beginner you might take only two or three breaths in a pose, intermediate four or five, advanced six or more. The poses also seem tailored for beginners-they are not all what I would call easy, but they are stable poses that most people will be able to do, and they are easily modified. There are a few suggestions for modifications on a couple of the more challenging cards.
All in all, I'm very pleased to have discovered this product. I like to shuffle the cards once a month and work my way through them doing several poses a day. This way I am able to do something different every day, and about the time I'm used to doing things in a certain order, I shuffle them and start a new round of different combinations. And they're so simple to use that they've become a real habit. I've been doing yoga for twenty minutes a day at least four days a week since I got these cards.
