Wow, fantastic app. In 3 months I've lost 43 pounds. Very easy to use. You can tailor it to how your body burns calories. For instance, I reduced my recommended daily intake by 200 calories just to increase my weight lose and provide a buffer. Also, as you lose weight it automatically reduces you recommended calorie intake to account for your body not needing so many calorie as you reduce in size. JUST MAKE SURE YOU ENTER ALL YOUR FOOD ACCURATELY. It's a great tool, helps you to understand what you may have been doing wrong for a long time. Love it.
Update, Dec 16: I've now lost 60 pounds, and have another 25 to go. This app has really enabled me to eat better in so many different situations, such as eating at resturants, and at family get togethers. I just put use the app to show me the best way to plan my meal out, then stick to eating in a way that keeps me within my daily calories.
Another great thing this app does, is shows you on a daily basis how far under your calorie budget you are, or how much over. It also show you a weekly average, so if you are under or over through the week, it shows where you stand. Fantastic app.
Update March 1, 2019: I've now lost 83 pounds. Decided to go down a bit more, so I have 17 more to go.
