This manual covers many sub topics from nutrition to proper exercise techniques to class composition & instruction. In addition, there is a lot of valuable reference information along with several reference tables.
Many things which are not covered by other manuals or are not well explained are covered here.
To sum up, this book does indeed have information which every fitness instructor and/or personal trainer should know, and it does a nice job of conveying the information to the reader. Well done!
It has made studying for this very easy!
