Basic Overview/Refresher of Fitness

In terms of a "Fitness 101" approach to exercise, it doesn't get much clearer or easily understandable than this book.
That said, it tends to contradict itself at times ("bring music to the gym" // "if you can listen to music you're not working hard enough").
Even so, the author's quest to be comprehensive (it includes a section for kids and pregnant mothers) makes this book a useful tool for fitness enthusiasts of all ages, shapes, and sizes.
