This is accountability at it's best. Apps don't work well for me. I magically forget to track things. With this I can use it in conjunction with my fitbit and apple watch to record the whole story about workouts. FitBit can't really track exercise types apart from walking and the apple watch isn't great at it either. This is perfect.
I keep this in my kitchen, so there is no question of missing something that I snack on. If I eat it at home, or take it out the door to eat it later, I can log it then and there. When I step into the kitchen after a workout to grab a glass of water- There it is! Really easy and painless to use.
I like the weekly recap, which helps me set goals for the upcoming week and be able to see my strengths and weaknesses. I plan on ordering another when this is finished to keep the journey going. Best part is, that I'll have a log over time to be able to see how far I've come and the notes I've written on how I felt about my progress on the way.
Overall this is a very handy tool for those on the road to better health and fitness. I can't recommend enough. I'm very, very pleased!
