UPDATE:
After getting a friend help me put this up on the 30 foot mast, this antenna pulled in 61 channels on all but two TVs I have. After some TV swapping I found that the two TVs that can't get the 61 channels seem to have poor tuners in them. With a separate digital TV tuner, they got the full spectrum.
Note that the Channel Master website says that I can get 'up to' 26 channels from my location and the FCC website shows 18 channels for my location.
So I am extremely pleased with the performance of this antenna and definitely and highly recommend this to everyone.

This antenna performs great and I have yet to properly install it. After I assembled it - which was very easy - I tested it by placing it on top of a bush just outside my garage (see picture). So at a height of four feet I set my Apex TV-Combo to auto scan. It found 48 channels! and I live in So. Brevard county in Florida which is in the fringe areas of a lot of TV transmitters. I am confident that it will be a lot better after I get it mounted on top of the 30 foot mast. I highly recommend this antenna to anyone wanting to 'cut the cord'.By Bob - Florida on February 20, 2020
