Olivia Winter has a bachelor's degree in Applied Information Science from the University of Technology Sydney, she is an experienced academic researcher, who specializes in studying leadership in the areas of courage, focus, purpose and most recently burnout.

Winter’s hypothesis is that the true answer to fixing burnout may not just be about treating the physical aspects of burnout such as rest, diet and exercise but actually tapping into a blend of understanding your own true purpose, building resilience and teaching yourself to focus, so that you design a life that is orientated around the things that you truly love, the things that re-energize you.

Winter, who herself has a very successful career but awoke one day completely exhausted, suffering from an inability to concentrate, and in a perpetual state of brain fog realized that something had to change. As an experienced researcher, she was determined to come up with an alternative answer to fixing burnout and is sharing her own success in solving burnout with others in her most recent book.
