Flex Seal Spray in Clear
Flex Seal is a liquid rubber coating spray that turns into a durable waterproof barrier. It's easy to use and comes in a portable aerosol spray can. Flex Seal sprays out as a liquid, seeping into cracks and holes, and then dries to a rubberized coating. Flex Seal stops vibrations and deadens noise. Flex Seal seals out water, air, moisture, preventing rust and corrosion. Once dry, can be painted any color.

HOW TO USE

- Make sure the area is clean, dry and free of grease, oil, and dirt.
- Shake well: Spray 8” to 12” from surface using an even sweeping motion.
- Apply several even coats until ALL cracks and holes have been filled.
- Allow 24 to 48 hours to dry before applying another coat. Fully cures in 48 hours. Dry time depends on the temperature, humidity and thickness of the coating

TIPS AND TRICKS
WET SURFACES AND RAINY WEATHER
Flex Seal can be applied on a wet surface, or moist environment in the event of an emergency. It can also be applied during a light rain. However, Flex Seal will always adhere better to a clean, dry surface. To ensure its longevity, we recommend you reapply Flex Seal once the area is completely dry.
EXTREME HEAT AND PRESSURE
We do not recommend using Flex Seal spray to fix radiators, tires, and pressurized pipes
We do not recommend using on gasoline tanks. Do not use near heat, sparks, pilot lights or other sources of ignition.
SURFACES TO APPLY ON
Flex Seal will adhere to most any surface such as: wood, metal, tile, concrete, masonry, fabric, glass, plastic, aluminum, porcelain, dry wall, rubber, cement, some vinyls and so much more!
Flex Seal may not be compatible with all plastics, vinyls, or rubbers.
Flex Seal is a thick, durable, mastic rubberized coating that is specially formulated to spray out as a liquid, seep into cracks and holes and dry to a watertight, flexible, rubberized coating.
Flex Seal comes in Black, Clear, White, Brite, Gray, Red, Yellow, Terra-Cotta, Blue, Green, Almond and Brown.
Once dry, Flex Seal can be easily painted any color!

Sprayed the clear Flex Seal for about 30 seconds and it burst into flames! Singed my arm-hair and I had to jump from the 6 foot ladder before being set on fire myself. Luckily I had a hose nearby or the whole house would have gone up in flames. I attached a photo of the damage. I don’t know why either, there was no cigarettes or flames or electrical, nothing. The only thing I can think of is maybe the asphalt shingles were too warm. I was resting my bare hand on them and they were warm but not hot. I honestly don’t know why it burst into flames, scared the hell out of me though. My advice, don’t use the Flex Seal spray at all. But if you do, make sure the asphalt shingles are not warm or it will set your house on fire, it happened to me!
