Once a world traveled fearless kinda gal, she now finds herself afraid of almost everything. This includes her recent work assignments, meeting new people, her mounting credit card debt and of course any new romance. The fun really starts when she sets out to get a date for her friends wedding! She soon gets a whole lot more than "a plus one" when a crew of window washers accidentally dumps a bucket of water on her head. Just for good measure the author throws in a psychic Nana and a meddling Gran.
Loved, loved, loved this lighthearted romance novel, what fun! All the feels! Great story and fantastic characters, I smiled my way through the entire book.
You will love Aubrey a travel writer for the Chicago Gazette and all her quirky friends. Aubreys husband had died while on their honeymoon bungy jumping. Since then she developed a fear of falling. In order for Aubrey to keep her job she needed to overcome her fear, and fast. And so, the story begins. Aubrey meets a window washer named John who wants to help her overcome her fear. John is charismatic character that all dreams are made of. Swoon ♡ Love him!
The end brings a lovely surprise for Aubrey! Lucky girl!!!! A delightful read that will leave you smiling and swooning.
