Flipping Houses When You're Dead Broke by Lou Vachon is a must have for any entrepreneur in this realm. Real estate, flipping homes, and making an income while doing it- is all demonstrated here. This book is simple, straight to the point, and a great way to avoid new comer mistakes. Lou Vachon lays it all out in an organized way. He breaks each step down for readers. Inside, are also some very interesting questions when diving head first into these tasks. It takes hard work, a bit of prior knowledge, research, and good management skills. Overall, Lou Vachon makes flipping homes look like an interesting and easy career choice.

This Book Delivers What It Promises

Vachon delivers on the promise to show you how to perform some nifty wizardry by getting into house flipping without any money down for traditional loans, although that topic is well covered. This book offers no hocuspocus, but I can now picture the clear and realistic steps I will take in order to conjure some house flipping work of my own.
The list and descriptions of mistakes to avoid included in this book will make it a vital read for anyone considering a house flipping business, with or without money. I particularly appreciated the exit strategy ideas that minimize much of the fear and risk of getting into house flipping.
Of course, Vachon offers the "Magic Flip Formula" to guide any prospective house purchase.
So, if house flipping has always seemed out of reach or beyond your abilities, Flipping Houses When You're Dead Broke will be the perfect place to start.

It does what it says on the cover.
Will you actually be able to become a millionaire with these principles? Possibly. Who knows?
It's truly up to you. But this book has the knowledge you need to get you started, certainly!

This is a basic, no-nonsense, common knowledge guide to buying and flipping houses.
I'll recommend it to anyone looking to get into this vastly profitable space.

If you don't have much money - or ANY money - Louis Vachon shows you the ropes you need to know to get into this potentially very lucrative business. Even if you don't have any money, you don't need any to really get started. Vachon Guide you step-by-step through each of the process that you need to know to make money flipping houses. Now flipping houses may seem like an abstract concept to many, but in reality it's quite simple. And Louis shows you how you can make a lot of money even if you don't have any in this line of work. It can either be a side business to make extra money on the side or you could even turn it into a full-time business. I would highly recommend that you purchase a copy of this book today to find out how you can get started making a lot of money!

This book gives you exactly what the title says and then some. Louis Vachon has done a great job of breaking down how to get into real estate with no money. It is an easy to read book that I found very informative. I gained a wealth of knowledge and some strategies that I hadn't thought of. If you are just getting started in your journey into real estate I recommend that you give this book a try.
