Still have those shoes, Back again to Amazon to buy another pair; this time in Brown to replace my Sperry TopSiders Billfish edition that I use during Summer months on our Hatteras Sportsfisherman's Yacht . Going to get a lot of inquiries about these shoos; but then I will keep their 'secret' of how comfortable they are to myself. BTW the Sperry Billfish shoes are Made in China too have a pair on right now. For those of you who keep up with that thing , and the Sperry's STOP at size 13 in that model. I need a 14.
The bad: Not really much bad to say about them. I have a standing desk at work and can wear them fairly comfortably with standing up over half the day.
The UGLY: The shoes have started to totally fall apart! As you can see in the pictures, the bottom of the shoe has completely rubbed off of one (now my foot gets wet if it rains outside). The other shoes' sole is splitting apart. I only bought these shoes 8 months ago. I do wear them probably 4 days a week. But, I've never had a pair of shoes fall apart so quickly. In comparison, my previous pair of Bass boat shoes lasted me almost 3 years with the same amount of use. As such, I would greatly caution you against these shoes unless you only plan to wear them on rare occasion.
