It does take a while, but with her friends and coworkers, she was able to unmask the true killer.

Thank you to Toni for urging that after reading Book 4 that I fill the gap in my reading of this excellent series of police procedurals. I had this on an ebook/audio combination.

I knew a few details about the central case from ‘Last Girls Alive’ though Chase was quite good about not spoiling whodunnit for those who hadn’t read all of the earlier books.

I found this a highly engaging read. I had a difficult few days last week in terms of my concentration though this audiobook certainly helped to bridge over this before my reading mojo snapped back.
