Decided to order a band to help tone my hips, legs and rear. After looking at many hip bands, this one seemed the best bet! I absolutely love my Ganda Sports Hip Band. It doesn't roll up or fall off - the band is made of fabric, not rubber - but does have a non-slip interior which is nice. I used it once and felt how much more I was getting out of my exercise (my legs and thighs were on fire!)
This is definitely a great addition to any workout routine!!
